Be strong and breathe. This class will introduce you to the powerful, strength and focus building tools of breathwork and mindfulness. If you’re a gym rat or spend time on the firing range, you know that training yourself to breath properly is critical to performance and focus. We understand that as well. Maybe “yoga” doesn’t seem to be for you. Let us challenge you to think differently about ways to optimize training your mind and body. Contact 915-304-6761 for information or to RSVP
